Aspekte der Wärmekonvektion durch Schwingungen finden derzeit wieder besonderes Interesse, seit der Einfluß von Vibrationen auf den Wärme- und Stofftransport unter Bedingungen geringer Gravitation oder Schwerelosigkeit festgestellt wurde. Die Autoren sind international anerkannte Pioniere auf diesem Gebiet; das vorgestellte Material war bisher in der Literatur nur über einzelne Aufsätze verstreut zu finden. (11/97)
