SUSAN ALBERS MOHRMAN is Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Effective Organizations in the Graduate School of Business at the University of Southern California. PRISCILLA WOHLSTETTER is associate professor of politics and policy in the School of Education at the University of Southern California.
