The book has chapters written by renowned historians, experts in political studies, as well as communications and discourse analysis experts to write in-depth analysis of propaganda in the field of memory politics. The first part of the book focuses on theoretical approaches to disinformation in memory politics. The authors present main fields of study as exemplified by various discussions on the essence of truth, especially within memory studies, propaganda and media as well as the main problems related to current memory politics. The second part is devoted to the current mechanisms and actors of disinformation by showcasing some case studies.
