She studied psychology at the University of Crete (Greece) and completed her PhD in University College London, UK. Her research has been published in major I/O journals including Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, and European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology; it concerns organizational culture, leadership, groups at work, and organizational commitment and identification.

ADRIAN FURNHAM is Professor of Psychology at University College London, UK. He has authored thirty-six books on the subject of psychology and work and is a regular contributor to newspapers (Financial Times, Telegraph, Guardian, Sunday Times etc) and popular journals (Spectator, New Scientist, Personnel Today etc), as well as academic journals. He also acts as a management consultant, working with a range of corporate clients including Lloyds Bank, BT, Boots, M&S and several international airlines.
