Yet, our current understanding of how established companies design and implement new business models is limited by a lack of empirical research. Based on a review of relevant literature, business model innovation is presented and explored as a dynamic capability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe book subsequently uses proven methodologies to gather and analyse data from five case studies in the manufacturing, financial services, media, consulting, and healthcare industries.
