He has more than 10 years of industrial experience with a background in the application of multi-dimensional basin and petroleum system modeling techniques in petroleum exploration. He has authored more than 20 papers and books in different scientific journals. His main interest is paleo-environmental reconstruction using organic geochemical data with special focus on organic-rich shale successions.
