Additionally, the event was sponsored by the Ecuadorian Corporation for the Development of Research and Academia (CEDIA), Indoamérica University, GDEON, the Visual Communication Laboratory of the State University of Campinas (Brazil), Ana G. Méndez University (Puerto Rico), the Research Group on Innovation and Digital Education of the Salamanca University (Spain), the Research Group on Electronic Design of the Zaragoza University (Spain) and FAVIT (Spain). \u003cbr\u003eThe main objective of CI3 2025 was to create a space for dissemination and collaboration, where academia, the productive sector, and government could share ideas, experiences, and the results of their projects and research. \u003cbr\u003eThe proceedings cover the following topics: \u003cbr\u003e- Innovation and Development. \u003cbr\u003e- Applied Technologies. \u003cbr\u003e- Smart Cities and Industry. \u003cbr\u003e- ICT for Education. \u003cbr\u003eDiscover the future, where innovation and research meet\" is the conference's motto and suggests research and innovation as important pillars on which social and economic development is based. CI3 2025 received 107 submissions, of which 58 were accepted for oral presentation and publication.
