Dr. Park is a non-resident fellow at the Edwin O. Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies at Johns Hopkins University; previously served as a Public Policy and Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. She holds a doctorate from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies.
