Dr. Arvind Pattamatta is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Madras. He received his Ph.D. from SUNY, Buffalo, NY in 2009. He is the recipient of Alexander von Humboldt fellowship for the years 2013 and 2024, INAE Young Engineer Award for the year 2015 and JSPS invitational fellowship for the year 2017. His research interests are in the area microscale energy transport and thermal management of devices. He has authored more than 150 publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Dr. Laxman Kumar Malla is an Assistant Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering Bhubaneswar, Odisha. His research interests include thermal management, multiphase flows, surface wettability, and interfacial phenomena. He received his Ph.D. in Thermal and Fluids Engineering from the IIT Bombay–Monash Research Academy, Mumbai.
