His research interests include equality, diversity, inclusion, technology, digitization, human resource management, and organizational behavior. He is Editor-in-Chief of Gender Issues, Regional Editor of Journal of Organizational Change Management, and Associate Editor of Management Decision.
Jose M. Pavía is Chair Professor of Quantitative Methods and Director of the Elections and Public Opinion Research Group in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Valencia, Spain. Dr. Pavía develops and applies empirical methods in many areas of social science research, including political science, sociology, economics, demography and actuarial science, always with a methodological and statistical bias. He focuses on innovations that bridge the gap between statistical theory and practical applications. His research interests include forecasting, electoral issues, sampling, statistical (machine) learning, spatial statistics, ecological inference, Bayesian statistics, income inequality, demographic issues, risk assessment, quarterly accounts, time series and regional economics. He has published many scientific articles, contributions to book chapters and books. He is an Associate Editor of Metodología de Encuesta.
Emir Ozeren is a Research Fellow within the Southampton Business School at the University of Southampton, UK. He is also Assistant Professor of Management and Organization in the School of Tourism at Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey, where he also acted as Vice Head of the Department of Gender Studies in the School of Social Sciences between 2015 and 2017. His current research interests include equality, diversity & inclusion in the workplace, gender and Queer studies, critical management, organisational behaviour, social entrepreneurship and more recently sustainable and ecological tourism.
Betül Hayrullahoğlu is Associate Professor in Public Finance in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Uşak University, Turkey. Her research interests include taxation, tax law, human rights, law enforcement, and tax policies. Her work has been published in various journals and book chapters, both in English and Turkish.
