With more than 25 years of teaching and research experience, she has established expertise in Plant Biotechnology, Plant Tissue Culture, Nanobiotechnology, Phytomedicine, Phytoremediation, and Plant Genetic Engineering. She is an active contributor to the scientific community and holds life membership in the Society for Biology and Biotechnology, the Indian Society for Education and Allied Sciences, and the National Academy of Biological Sciences. In 2023, she was nominated as a Fellow of the Indian Society of Agricultural Biochemists (F.I.S.A.B.). She has an extensive and impactful research profile, with more than 115 publications, including 106 papers in international journals, 9 national journal articles, 12 book chapters, and 20 conference presentations. She has also published six books. Her scholarly influence is reflected in her H-index of 30 and over 4,086 citations.
