Dr. Ali Tarhini is an esteemed scholar in the field of information systems, serving as an Associate Professor at the College of Economics and Political Science, Department of Information Systems, at Sultan Qaboos University. He earned his Ph.D. in information systems from Brunel University, London, UK, and an M.Sc. in E-commerce from the University of Essex, UK. With a prolific research portfolio, Dr. Tarhini has authored over 70 articles in internationally renowned academic journals like Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, and Journal of Management Development. His research has substantially contributed to the understanding of IS adoption, consumer behavior, and the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in digital environments.
