He has two PCTs and 21 patents to his credit. He has served on the organizing and technical program committees of several international conferences. He has awarded Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, India. Dr. Podder has registered 5 Patents in the area of Creativity and Innovation in Quality Education and Sustainability, Computer Added Progressive Die Design with Energy Conservation.
