His research lines include advanced plastination protocols and anatomical techniques, integration of 3D modeling, virtual technologies, and artificial intelligence in anatomy education, contributions to clinical anatomy and ethics, and ongoing research on the structural and functional analysis of human fasciae and the histological and immunohistochemical characterization of connective tissues. He has delivered more tan 110 Web of Science-indexed publications and multiple competitive research grants.
