Kaléu Mormino Otoni is an oncology pharmacist, healthcare executive, educator, and consultant with extensive experience in oncology services, hospital operations, healthcare governance, and organizational leadership. He has worked in leading cancer treatment centers in Brazil, including AC Camargo Cancer Center and Hospital Nove de Julho, both located in São Paulo. From 2018 to 2019, he served as Regional Representative for the State of São Paulo of the Brazilian Society of Oncology Pharmacists (SOBRAFO). He holds a Master's Degree in Women's and Children's Health from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), an MBA in Hospital Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), a specialization in Oncology Hospital Pharmacy from AC Camargo Cancer Center, and a Certificate in Economics and Business Management from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, Naples, Italy. His professional expertise encompasses clinical oncology pharmacy, chemotherapy compounding, pediatric oncology and hematology, adult onco-hematology, oncology intensive care, parenteral nutrition compounding, strategic planning, healthcare quality, process improvement, and hospital management. Since 2021, he has dedicated himself exclusively to executive healthcare management as General Director of Hospital e Maternidade Jesus Maria José (HMJMJ), in Quixadá, Ceará, Brazil. Under his leadership, the institution has achieved significant progress in service expansion, infrastructure development, operational efficiency, process improvement, digital transformation initiatives, and the advancement of patient-centered and humanized healthcare delivery. As an Italian-Brazilian dual citizen, Kaléu combines his Italian cultural heritage with extensive experience in the Brazilian healthcare system. This international perspective enables him to integrate innovative management practices, operational excellence, and humanized care with the highest standards of quality and organizational performance. He is Professor of Medicine at the Estácio/IDOMED Group, Professor of postgraduate programs in Oncology Pharmacy and Healthcare Management, and Coordinator of Postgraduate Programs at Centro Universitário Católico de Quixadá (Unicatólica). He serves as a peer reviewer for international scientific publications in oncology and collaborates with ICMED Magazine (Italy), contributing content on healthcare management, quality improvement, and organizational excellence. He is also the editor and author of scientific and professional publications in healthcare management and oncology and provides consulting services in healthcare management, hospital operations, leadership development, and organizational strategy.

Karla Bruna Nogueira Torres Mormino Clinical Pharmacist, is the Vice-Rector for Postgraduate Studies, Research, and Extension at Unicatólica de Quixadá, Ceará, Brazil, a Course Evaluator for Inep-MEC, and a Regional Councilor of the Regional Pharmacy Council of Ceará (CRF-CE). She holds a PhD in Technological Innovation and Drug Development from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), and also has a Master's degree in Health Education from the State University of Ceará (UECE). In addition, she completed an MBA in Business Management and Innovation from Unicatólica/CE and is a specialist in Positive Psychology, People Management, and Occupational Health from PUC/PR, Brazil, as well as in Higher Education Teaching from Unicatólica and in Pharmacology in Clinical Pharmacy from Cathedral College of Paraná. She is the author of over 60 articles published in national and international journals and maintains an active participation in academic and professional societies. With extensive academic, professional, and management experience, she frequently delivers lectures and hosts events on women's leadership, academic management, entrepreneurship in the health and education sectors, as well as topics related to balancing career and personal life, communication skills development, and team management.
