This book provides long-term trend projections for the Chinese older adults’ consumption market, presenting a clear and panoramic view of the future possible silver economy. The book not only deeply analyzes the characteristics and associated factors of older adults’ consumption, but also, from a forward-looking perspective, quantitatively projects the scale and trends of eight core sub-markets such as medical care, cultural entertainment, tourism, food, and housing from 2025 to 2050. It closely aligns with national strategies such as Digital Economy and Healthy China, exploring new market opportunities under macro social changes, and providing indispensable decision-making basis for enterprises to formulate long-term business strategies and for the government to plan industrial policies. This is a must-read work aimed at converting population trends into market opportunities and helping all parties make precise layouts for the future.
