This book explores the crucial role libraries play in advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Libraries are more than just repositories of books; they are dynamic institutions that facilitate access to knowledge, foster digital inclusion, support lifelong learning, and promote sustainable development. This volume brings together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and information professionals to discuss how libraries contribute to various SDG targets, including quality education (SDG 4), reduced inequalities (SDG 10), peace and justice (SDG 16), and partnerships for the goals (SDG 17).
