This book constitutes the proceedings of the 33rd International Conference on Web Services, ICWS 2026, which was held as part of the Smart Computing Frontier, SCF 2026, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, during August 2026. 

The 8 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 18 submissions. They deal with the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of Web-based services, identify emerging research topics, and define the future of Web-based services. All topics regarding Internet/Web services lifecycle study and management are aligned with the theme of ICWS.
