This book presents the best research from the LMDE 2025 International Conference, held in Athens and Syros, Greece. The contributed chapters explore how artificial intelligence and data analytics are transforming leadership and governance, operations, strategy, and education across sectors. Organized into four thematic parts—governance and AI, operational efficiency, strategic innovation, and business education—the book offers insights into responsible AI adoption, data-driven decision-making, and the evolving skillsets required in today’s digital landscape.
