Lütge examines topics such as integrating competition and ethics, combining entrepreneurship and ethics, leveraging diversity amid crises, and organizational integrity measurement. He emphasizes the need for integrating business ethics considerations into the AI ethics discussion and offers case studies of ethical frameworks for public surveillance, AI-enabled recruiting, ethics codes and risk-based ethics for autonomous vehicles. These topics are vital amid rapid technological advancement, where AI risks amplifying inequalities, privacy invasions, or biased decision-making unless guided by norms that balance innovation with ethics. The book solves the problem of ethical paralysis in business and tech by advocating an "economic ethics" that uses economics as a resource for norm justification and enforcement. This approach fosters sustainable, mutually beneficial solutions in many areas including AI. This book is a must-read for students, academics, and professionals in business administration, economics, philosophy, and AI fields. It equips managers, ethicists, and policymakers with tools for ethical decision-making in AI-related as well as other topics.

Christoph Lütge is Professor of Business Ethics at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and Director of the TUM Institute for Ethics in Artificial Intelligence (IEAI).
