Dr. Evgeni Sharkov is a renowned specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery. He served as Head of the Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department at “Alexandrovska” University Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria (2019–2021) and is currently co-owner and practicing plastic surgeon at the private aesthetic clinic VDERM in Sofia.

Dr. Sharkov is recognized internationally as a key opinion leader in radiofrequency-based face and body lift procedures, including FaceTite, AccuTite, BodyTite, Morpheus8, Morpheus8 Body, and EVOLVE X. He is also a certified trainer for Europe and Bulgaria in advanced techniques such as SmartGraft FUE hair restoration and LipoCube procedures.

A graduate of the Medical University of Sofia with a diploma of excellence, Dr. Sharkov has completed specialized training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in Great Britain. He is an active member of the Bulgarian Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (BULAPRAS), Assistant National Secretary of ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), and the official representative of postgraduate plastic surgery doctors in Bulgaria to ICOPLAST. Dr. Sharkov is the author and co-author of numerous academic articles and presentations in aesthetic surgery, with a particular focus on body contouring procedures such as brachioplasty, upper body lift, buttock lift, and abdominoplasty.
