Holds a Masters in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship and a degree in Computer Engineering and Computing by FEUP. In the last 15 years of activity he has performed professional functions in the field of university polytechnic education, business, and applied research in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship and information technologies. Integrated researcher at INESC TEC’s Center for Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship. He is a founding member of the US-based International Association of Innovation Professionals (IAOIP).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJosé Carlos Morais\u003c\/strong\u003e: holds a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Porto, Portugal. Associate Professor at ISPGAYA Polytechnic University (ISPGAYA), Portugal, has nearly 30 years of teaching experience in higher education, beginning in 1997. He currently serves as President of the Technical Scientific Council of ISPGAYA, combining institutional leadership with teaching in undergraduate and master’s programmes in the fields of social sciences and research methods. He is a senior researcher at the INSIGHT Piaget Research Center for Ecological Human Development and a collaborator at CEOS.PP – Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto, and is involved in international collaboration programmes, particularly ERASMUS initiatives across Europe and North America. His editorial work includes serving as guest editor of special issues of the International Journal of Innovation Science (Emerald Publishing) and editing Springer Nature proceedings volumes associated with the ISPGAYA International Congresses on Sustainability (2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025). He is currently involved in the organization and steering of the ISPGAYA International Congress series, including the 2026 edition, and is a member of the Conference Team for the Building Community Resilience Conference at Montana State University Billings (2027).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJosé Duarte Santos\u003c\/strong\u003e: PhD in Management from Vigo University. He also holds an MSc in Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in Business Sciences. Between 1987 and 2002, he played various roles in sales, marketing, and management of companies in the information technology sector. From 2003 to 2018, he was a management and marketing consultant. Since 1999, he has been a professor in higher education in Portugal in the fields of management and marketing. He is currently a marketing professor at the Faculty of Business Sciences of Porto of the Technical University of Porto. He is also a senior researcher at the CEOS.PP - Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto, and at the Applied Digital Transformation Laboratory (Adit-LAB).
