He has a master in Informatics Project Management (2010) and a PhD in Economic Informatics (2011) from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Cristian has a solid background in computer science and is interested in collaborative systems related issues. Other fields of interest include intelligent systems, software metrics, data structures, object-oriented programming, windows applications programming, mobile devices programming and testing process automation for software quality assurance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePaul POCATILU\u003c\/strong\u003e graduated the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics in 1998. He achieved the PhD in Economics in 2003 with thesis on Software Testing Cost Assessment Models. He has published as author and co-author over 45 articles in journals and over 40 articles on national and international conferences. He is author and co-author of 10 books, (Mobile Devices Programming and Software Testing Costs are two of them). He is professor at the Department of Economic Informatics and Cybernetics within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Bucharest. He teaches courses, seminars and laboratories on Mobile Devices Programming, Economic Informatics, Computer Programming and Project Quality Management to graduate and postgraduate students. His current research areas are software testing, software quality, project management, and mobile application development.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFlorin Gheorghe Filip \u003c\/strong\u003ewas born in 1947 in Bucharest, Romania. He graduated in Automation at Politehnica University of Bucharest in 1970 and received his PhD degree from the same university in 1992. He was elected as corresponding member of the Romanian Academy ( the Romanian National Academy of Sciences) in 1991 and became full member of the Academy in 1999. During 2000-2010, he was vice-president of the Academy. In 2010, he was elected president of the Information Science and Technology section of the Academy. He was the director of National Institute for R\u0026amp;D in Informatics-ICI, Bucharest (1991-1997). He was elected as honorary member of the Romanian Academy of Technical Sciences, and Academy of Sciences of Republic of Moldova (2007) and fellow of the International Academy for IT and Quantitative Management -IAITQM (2022). . He was an adjunct professor of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (2013-2016) and served as an expert to the European Commission (1992-2017). His main scientific interests include optimization of large-scale complex systems, decision support systems, technology management and foresight. He authored\/co-authored over 400 papers published in international journals (IFAC J Automatica, Annu. Rev. in Control, and so on) and contributed papers and chapters in volumes printed by Pergamon Press, Elsevier, Chapman \u0026amp; Hall, and so on. He is the author\/co-author of thirteen monographs published in Romanian, English, and French by Hermès-Lavoisier, Paris, J. Wiley \u0026amp; Sons, Springer, and editor\/co-editor of 39 volumes published by Pergamon Press, Springer, Elsevier, and so on.
