Dr. Tang is a vascular surgeon scientist at the VA Puget Sound and University of Washington. Her basic science laboratory is focused on arteriogenesis and vein graft intimal hyperplasia.  She has authored previous chapters in Rutherford on physiologic arterial testing and Moore on vascular anatomy and physiology as well as serving as the co-editor for the VESAP 5 vascular laboratory section, and she organized a post-graduate education session on Acute Limb Ischemia at the 2022 Vascular Annual Meeting.

Matthew J. Kogut, MD, Division of Interventional Radiology, Department of Radiology, University of Washington, Seattle, WA, USA

Dr. Kogut is a Clinical Professor of Radiology at the University of Washington and an interventional radiologist at Harborview Medical Center, where he serves as Site Director of Interventional Radiology. He is also Program Director of the University of Washington Interventional Radiology Residencies. Prior to joining Harborview, he spent over a decade at the VA Puget Sound, where he served as Chief of Interventional Radiology. His clinical interests include peripheral arterial disease, acute limb ischemia, dialysis interventions, and embolization. He has lectured and published on acute limb ischemia and other vascular interventions.
