This open access book is the second volume of the proceedings of the 3rd Smart City Conference, held in Genoa, Italy, in February 2025. Renata Paola Dameri is Professor of Business Administration at the University of Genoa (Italy) and Vice-Rector for smart cities. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and research in fields such as smart cities, information systems, managerial accounting, and cultural heritage management. She is the director of the International Master in Entrepreneurship in a joint degree with Georgetown University, USA, and advisor for the Municipality of Genoa in topics such as smart cities, circular economy, and urban dashboard.

Monica Bruzzone is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Genoa (Italy), leading Master and Advanced Training Courses on smart city, circular city, and the digital transition of the territory and the cultural heritage. She has teached smart city design at the University of Parma and Architectural Design at the Universities of Parma and Genoa (Italy)
