Dr. Jyotsna Kumar Mandal, M.Tech. in Computer Science from University of Calcutta in 1987, awarded Ph.D. (Engineering) in Computer Science and Engineering by Jadavpur University in 2000. He was former Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Kalyani. He was former Vice Chancellor, Raiganj University, West Bengal, and former Dean, Faculty of Engineering, Technology & Management, KU, for two consecutive terms during 2008–2012. He served as Professor of Computer Applications, Kalyani Government Engineering College for two years. He was Associate Professor of Computer Science for eight years at North Bengal University and Assistant Professor of Computer Science, North Bengal University, for seven years. He also served as Lecturer at NERIST, Itanagar, for one year. He has thirty-six years of teaching and research experience in coding theory, data and network security and authentication; remote sensing and GIS-based applications, data compression, error correction, visual cryptography and steganography.

Debashis De, Ph.D., is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He earned his M.Tech. from the University of Calcutta (2002) and his Ph.D. in Engineering from Jadavpur University (2005). He is a senior member of IEEE, a fellow of IETE, a fellow NBSP, a life member of CSI, ACM, IEI, and Chartered Engineer. He has received prestigious awards such as the Boyscast Fellowship (India) to work at Heriot Watt University Scotland, Edinburgh, Endeavour Fellowship (Australia) from deputy Prime minister of Australia for his Postdoc at University of Western Australia, Perth, and URSI Young Scientist Award (2005) from president of India APJ KALAM at New Delhi and 2011 at Istanbul, TURKEY. He was honored with the JC Bose Research Award IETE New Delhi (2016). He is IBM certified Quantum Systems Engineer.
