The\ndifference to traditional microeconomic household models is\nthat theassumption of a joint household utility function\nis abandoned. Instead of   this, a game theoretic approach is\nused to model family decisions as a      result of intrafamily\nbargaining. Considering the development of the        spouses`\nhuman capital in a dynamic approach, the long-term effects\nof  intrafamily specialization in market work and work at\nhome are analyzed.
