After working on tunnelling projects as a field engineer for more than 10 years, he started his administrative career in 2001 in Highway Bureau of Zhejiang Province. His working area includes soft soil ground treatment, slope stability control, and underground construction techniques, etc. Dr. Zhu won the Second Prize for Science \u0026amp; Technology Achievement of Zhejiang Province, twice as Principal Investigator. Dr. Zhu has accumulated a wealth of experiences about underground excavations as practitioners and administrators.
