Currently, Dr. Su as an associate professor works at the Key Laboratory of Thin Film and Microfabrication Technology (Ministry of Education), School of Electronics, Information and Electrical Engineering in SJTU. His recent research interests focuses on carbon nanomaterials and carbon-based nanodevices, such as photoelectric devices, sensing nanodevices, all-carbon van der Waals heterojunctions nanodevices, etc. Dr. Su is the Editorial Board Member of Nano-Micro Letters and serves as a reviewer of several international journals. He has authored\/co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, with more than 5000 citations and an h-index of 40. He applied for 55 Chinese invention patents and 33 of them have been authorized.
