He works in the fields of human rights and development, comparative constitutional law, terrorism and national security, corruption and governance, law and disaster management, legal education and higher education. She is a Fulbright Scholar and a Fellow of the STAR scholars network with twenty years of experience in the higher education sector in India, the USA, Saudi Arabia and Australia. She is a Research Standing Committee Member of the World Council of Comparative Education Societies. She has authored several internationally peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in the field of comparative and international education. Prior to this, Tatiana completed her postgraduate studies at St. Petersburg State University, Department of World Economy. Dr. Belousova participated in several research and capacity building programmes, including the ones in New Delhi, Hamburg and Melbourne.
