This conference is one of the most significant annual events of the China Electrotechnical Society, showcasing the latest research trends, methodologies, and experimental results in electrical, electronic, and networked energy systems. The proceedings cover a wide range of cutting-edge theories and ideas, including topics such as power systems, power electronics, smart grids, renewable energy, energy integration in transportation, advanced power technologies, and the energy internet. The aim of these proceedings is to provide a key interdisciplinary platform for researchers, engineers, academics, and industry professionals to present groundbreaking developments in the field of electrical, electronic, and networked energy systems. It also offers engineers and researchers from academia, industry, and government a comprehensive view of innovative solutions that integrate concepts from multiple disciplines. These volumes serve as a valuable reference for researchers and graduate students in electrical engineering.

Qiang Yang is currently a full Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, China. He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), a Senior Member of IEEE and a Distinguished Member of China Computer Federation (CCF).

Ming Yang, Professor, IEEE Senior Member, IET Fellow. His main research focuses on the probabilistic forecasting and robust scheduling of power systems, addressing the significant volatility and randomness of wind and solar power generation, the complexity of grid scheduling, and the challenges of power balance.

Songsong Chen currently serves as a Professional Chief Engineer of the Department of Energy Utilization in China Electric Power Research Institute, Beijing, China. His main research interests include power demand analysis and forecasting, Virtual Power Plant, Electricity Market and Smart Energy.

Zhen Tian, Associate Professor and Doctoral supervisor at the School of Electrical and Automation Engineering, Wuhan University. He has been engaged in research on renewable energy generators control and transient stability analysis of power electronic systems.

Gang Huang, Assistant Professor, Zhejiang University, IEEE Senior Member, CCF Senior Member. His primary research interests revolve around artificial intelligence for power and energy systems.

Yinan Zhang, Assitant Professor. He is a member of the Industrial Control Information Security Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation (CAA), a member of the Chinese Association of Automation, and serves as Executive Editor for Digital Twins and Applications. His research focuses on digital twin modeling methods for industrial installations in petrochemical engineering, power engineering, utilities, and mechanical systems.
