With 30 years of experience in drinking water safety, wastewater treatment, watershed governance, he has advanced basin-wide digital governance for Shenzhen Bay and full-process odor control solutions that enable compact, low-impact water reclamation plants integrated with above-ground public amenities. He is a key leader of the Group’s digital twin program, Deep Water Cloud Brain, promoting cloud–IoT–AI integration to improve operational efficiency and reduce lifecycle costs. He contributes to national and industry standards, holds multiple patents, and has authored professional monographs. He participated in China’s National Science and Technology Progress Award (First Class). His awards include the First Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the Silver Medal at the Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions, and the China Industry-University-Research Innovation Collaboration Award. He serves on the Smart Water Professional Committee of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization and as an expert on the Water Pollution Control Committee of the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eProf. Bing Li is a professor, doctoral supervisor, Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, School of Energy and Environmental Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB).
