Stefano Rinaldi received his Laurea degree in Electronic Engineering for Automation from the University of Brescia, Italy, where he completed his master’s thesis on the development and implementation of an instrument for performance analysis of real-time Ethernet industrial networks. From January to June 2008, he was an ERASMUS student at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna, Austria. Between June and September 2009, he worked as a research visitor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on advanced wireless sensor networks. He was awarded the Ph.D. degree in Electronic Instrumentation from the University of Brescia in 2010, with a dissertation entitled “Measurement Instruments for Field-Level Industrial Communications.”

Himanshu Bhusan Mishra received his B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from BPUT, Odisha, in 2009, his M.Tech. degree in Communication and Signal Processing from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Rourkela, in 2012, and his Ph.D. degree in Communication and Signal Processing from the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Kanpur, in 2016. He joined the Department of Electronics Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad as an Assistant Professor in 2017 and is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests include parameter estimation, detection, and optimization for next-generation wireless communication technologies, such as OTFS, IRS-OFDM, IRS-OTFS, THz communications, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), and multi-antenna systems.

S. V. Rajashekararadhya is a Professor and Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and a former Principal, with more than 32 years of academic and professional experience. He received his Ph.D. degree in Image Processing from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, in 2010. His research interests include face recognition, handwritten character recognition, image processing, and machine learning. He has published extensively in reputed journals and conferences, significantly contributing to the advancement of intelligent vision systems. Dr. Rajashekararadhya is a Life Member of ISTE and a Member of IEEE, and he serves as a reviewer for several high-impact international journals. He has supervised numerous Ph.D. scholars and continues to be actively engaged in academic leadership, research mentoring, and the promotion of interdisciplinary innovation in engineering and technology.
