This book is part of the ‘Research on the Educational Systems of Countries and Regions along the Belt and Road’ project, which is a key project of Philosophy and Social Science Research presided over by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. This project aims to enhance mutual understanding between different countries, promote exchanges in education, enable the sharing of high-quality educational resources, boost the common development of education, and facilitate the construction of the 'Belt and Road' education community.

This book serves as a reference for educational administrators in China and abroad, educational researchers and practitioners in educational research institutions and institutions of higher learning, as well as teachers and students majoring in pedagogy and other related subjects.

Wang Jianliang is a Professor in the School of Education at Central China Normal University (CCNU), China. He is a doctoral supervisor in the major of comparative education, Deputy Director of the Research Center of International Student Education Development at CCNU, Researcher at the Center for Indian Studies at CCNU, member of the first and second National Ethnic Education Expert Committee of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and Executive Director of the Comparative Education Branch of the Chinese Society of Education. His main research fields include the basic theory of comparative education, the comparison of vocational education, and the comparison of ethnic education. He has published two books ('Research on Educational Governance in India' and 'Mottoes of World Famous Universities'), and released more than 100 academic papers. He has also presided over 30 National Social Sciences projects, sponsored by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the National Civil Affairs Commission.
