Prof. Haibin Duan is the Vice Director of the State Key Laboratory of Virtual Reality Technology and Systems and the chair of Technical Committee on Guidance, Navigation and Control (TCGNC), Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA). He received the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China in 2014. He is also enrolled in the Chang Jiang Scholars Program of China. He is currently an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics.

Prof. Ying Tan is the director of Computational Intelligence Laboratory at Peking University, and the inventor of Fireworks Algorithm (FWA). He is the president of the International Association of Swarm and Evolutionary Intelligence (IASEI), and also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of IASEI Transactions on Swarm Intelligence, and International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition (IJCIPR), the Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (CYB), Neural Networks, International Journal of Swarm Intelligence Research (IJSIR), etc.

Meng Yuan received her B.S. degree in new energy science and engineering from the School of Environmental and Energy Engineering of Beijing University of Technology in 2018, and received her M.S.degree in Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics from the University of Manchester in 2019. From December 2023 to May 2025, she served as a research assistant at the Low Carbon Energy Laboratory of Tsinghua University, and is currently a researcher of School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering,Beihang University , Deputy Secretary of Technical Committee on Guidance, Navigation and Control (TCGNC), Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA),and an editor of Guidance, Navigation and Control.
