The book is composed of three parts: Overview of Researches on the Chinese Legal System during the Period of the Republic of China, Summary of Researches on the Chinese Legal System—Process of My Study on the Chinese Legal System since Reform and Opening-up, and Great Rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation and Remolding of the Chinese Legal System.
