Maciej Nowak is Professor and Head of the Department of Real Estate at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, Poland. He is the Chair of the Legal and Urban Planning Team at the Committee for Spatial Economy and Regional Planning of the Polish Academy of Sciences, a member of international research associations, the initiator and organiser of numerous research teams, and the author of publications on spatial planning law.
