He was appointed Counselor to China’s State Council by the Premier, reflecting his role in policymaking. He is Guest Professor at the China Foreign Affairs University and formerly Dean of the Institute of Development Research at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.\u003cp\u003eDr. Wang is a recognized authority on globalization, governance, and Chinese international relations. He has authored or edited more than 150 books in Chinese and English, plus hundreds of articles. He is Chief Editor of Springer Nature’s “China and Globalization” series.
