Claudio A. Rivera, Ph.D., is Director of Programs and Assistant Professor at RTU Riga Business School. He leads international education innovation initiatives with Asia-Europe Foundation, MIT and industry partners, focusing on AI, leadership and university transformation. His work explores how institutions develop future-ready talent for an AI-driven economy and society.
Dr. Lafifa Jamal is a professor in the Department of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh), where she also served as a chairperson. She began her academic career in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the same university. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering.
Prof. Shen Yi currently serves as professor of the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University and Fudan Development Institute (China). He has been engaged in long-term research in the fields of global cyberspace governance, cybersecurity, cyber sovereignty, and Sino-American cyber security relations.
Dr. Renata Bacarova is a lawyer and attorney-at-law specialising in IP and ICT law, technology transfer and innovation. She works as an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Kosice (UPJS, Slovakia). She earned her Master of Laws degree at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Germany). She has completed several research stays at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich.
Dr. Ronghuai Huang is a professor in the Faculty of Education at Beijing Normal University (BNU). He is currently the co-dean of the Smart Learning Institute at BNU, the director of the National Engineering Research Center of Cyberlearning and Intelligent Technology, and the director of the Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base, Ministry of Education of China (Beijing). He also serves as the holder of the UNESCO Chair on Artificial Intelligence in Education and a vice chairman of the Organizing Committee, Global Competition on Design for Future Education (GCD4FE).
Prof. Dr. Lampros Stergioulas is UNESCO Chair in AI and Data Science for Society, and a professor of Data Science at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands), where he leads the Data Science research group in the Faculty of IT and Design.
Dr. Robert Kerwin C. Billones works as a full professor in the Department of Biomedical, Manufacturing, and Robotics Engineeringat De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines. He is a research fellow at the Intelligent Systems Laboratory Research Unit of the Center for Engineering and Sustainable Development Research. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Electronics and Communications Engineering (2018) at De La Salle University Manila.
Dr. Johannes Bleher is a lecturer at the Institute for Econometrics and Empirical Economic Research, University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart (Germany), where he also managed the Computational Science Hub and coordinated the AI and Data Science Certificate program until April 2025. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the University of Tübingen in 2021 under Prof. Thomas Dimpfl.
Francesco Marcelloni is a full professor at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Pisa (Italy). He serves as the director of the Knowledge Hub on AI of the European university alliance (Circle U.), and coordinates both the multidisciplinary Good AI Lab and the “Intelligent Techniques for Process Automation and Optimization” (IT2PAO) Lab at the University of Pisa.
Thomas Leoni is the head of the Business Faculty at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt (Austria). He is responsible for developing the study program and research portfolio of the faculty. Prior to this, he worked for over 15 years as Senior Economist at the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) in Vienna, where he focused on economic and social policy analysis.
