Sinai Hospital, New York.He is Chairman and Managing Director of the Cosmetic Surgery Institute, Mumbai, Pune and Goa. Dr. James D’silva is a Board certified plastic surgeon who has been in practice as a consultant at the Cosmetic Surgery Institute in Mumbai.
