Rajesh K. Shukla is Director of the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, Bhopal, India. With more than 26 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he has made significant contributions to engineering education and computer science research. He has authored and edited 12 books and published over 60 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Shukla has also played a key role in promoting academic collaboration by organizing more than 15 international conferences in association with leading publishers and professional organizations, including Springer, IEEE, and ACM. Dr. Shukla has received numerous recognitions for his contributions to education and professional service, including the ISTE–UP Government National Award (2015), the Best Chapter Patron Award, and the Significant Contribution to CSI Service Award from the Computer Society of India. He is Fellow of IETE and Life Member of several professional bodies.

Jitendra Agrawal is Associate Professor and Director, School of Information Technology, at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. He is Accomplished Academic, Researcher, and Consultant in the fields of computer science and information technology, with over 24 years of teaching and 18 years of research experience. His research interests include databases, data structures, data mining, soft computing, and computational intelligence. Dr. Agrawal has made significant contributions to research through his extensive scholarly output, publishing more than 70 papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. He has also filed five patents, authored 12 book chapters, and published five books. His research has received considerable recognition, reflected in a strong citation record and notable h-index and i10-index. Dr. Agrawal is Senior Member of IEEE (USA) and Life Member of the Computer Society of India (CSI) and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Sanjeev Sharma is Professor in the School of Information Technology at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. With over 29 years of distinguished teaching and research experience, he has made significant contributions to the advancement of computer science and information technology through his excellence in academics, research, and professional leadership. His research interests span mobile computing, ad hoc networks, image processing, and information security. Dr. Sharma has authored and co-authored more than 150 research publications in reputed national and international journals and conference proceedings. He has also served as Editor of the proceedings of several prestigious national and international conferences, fostering the dissemination of high-quality scientific research. Chin-Shiuh Shieh is Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (NKUST), Taiwan.
