Rajesh K. Shukla is Director of the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology, Bhopal, India. With more than 26 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership, he has made significant contributions to engineering education and computer science research. He has authored and edited 12 books and published over 60 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings. Dr. Shukla has also played a key role in promoting academic collaboration by organizing more than 15 international conferences in association with leading publishers and professional organizations, including Springer, IEEE, and ACM. Dr. Shukla has received numerous recognitions for his contributions to education and professional service, including the ISTE–UP Government National Award (2015), the Best Chapter Patron Award, and the Significant Contribution to CSI Service Award from the Computer Society of India. He is Fellow of IETE and a Life Member of several professional bodies.

Shikha Agrawal is Director, Centre for University Placement, Training and Corporate Affairs at Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, and serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University Institute of Technology (UIT-RGPV). With over 23 years of teaching experience, Dr. Agrawal has established herself as Distinguished Academic, Researcher, and Administrator. She has published more than 60 research papers in reputed SCI, SCIE, Scopus, and UGC-approved international journals and holds one international patent and three national patents. She has also authored five books and 12 book chapters published by renowned international publishers. Dr. Agrawal has played a pivotal role in advancing research and academic collaboration by organizing more than six international conferences in association with leading professional organizations and publishers, including Springer, IEEE, and ACM. She is Senior Member of IEEE and Member of IACSIT and ACM.

Prabhat Kumar is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India. He also serves as Chief Proctor, Head of the Centre for Computing and Information Services, and Chairman of the Computer and IT Purchase Committee at NIT Patna. Previously, he served as State Student Coordinator (Bihar) for the Computer Society of India (CSI). With an outstanding academic and research career, Dr. Kumar is Senior Member of IEEE, Professional Member of ACM, and Life Member of the Computer Society of India (CSI), the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). He is also Global Member of the Internet Society (ISOC). Dr. Kumar has made significant contributions to research and innovation, holding four Indian patents and publishing more than 125 research papers in reputed international journals and conference proceedings.

Sanjay Misra is Senior Scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE), Halden, Norway, and Internationally Recognized Researcher in the fields of applied informatics, software engineering, cyber security, health informatics, and AI-based intelligent systems. He earned his Ph.D. in information and knowledge engineering from the University of Alcalá, Spain, and his M.Tech. in software engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), India. Dr. Misra is widely acknowledged for his outstanding research contributions and has been consistently ranked among the world's top 2% scientists by Stanford University for five consecutive years. In 2024, he was ranked 6th among researchers across all disciplines in Norway and 2nd in Science and Technology, reflecting his exceptional academic impact and global recognition. His distinguished career has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the 2014 IET Software Premium Award, recognizing his significant contributions to software engineering and computing research.
