Dr. Ravindran was trained in internal medicine in India and the UK, and he received specialist training in Rheumatology in London. He obtained a master’s degree in Rheumatology from King’s College in London, UK. Dr. Ravindran is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and has served as a Co-Editor of Rheumatology (Oxford) since 2024. Dr. Ravindran’s primary interests in rheumatology are reproductive rheumatology and raising awareness about Rheumatoid Arthritis. He is the Co-convener of the APLAR Women’s Health in AIRDs and the Convener of IRA Reproductive Rheumatology Special Interest Groups. He has also held the positions of Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh and the Indian Journal of Rheumatology. Dr. Ravindran is on the editorial boards of the Journal of Autoimmunity and EULAR Rheumatology Open.
