Being in the business of generation and dissemination of knowledge, R&D organizations have to attain a balance between revenue generation and creation of knowledge advantage for clients. Based on a global study, this book argues that R&D organizations must not become market driven but must internalise the market in the organisational processes through developing partnerships with clients. PRADOSH NATH & NATESA MRINALINI are both senior scientists at the national institute of science technology in New Dehli. The authors have published their findings in international journals on issues related to knowledge management. Pradosh Nath has also co-edited a book about strategy for developing countries.
