Jennifer Kilkus | Jessa Landmann

Medical / Alternative & Complementary Medicine

Facing cancer brings both immediate challenges and lasting effects—physical, emotional, and mental. This thoughtfully paired bundle brings together two essential, research-informed guides designed to provide support at every stage of their journey.

Navigating Cancer: Research Supported Tools to Help You Cope with the Emotional and Physical Impact of Cancer offers practical, evidence-based tools to help cope with the emotional and physical impact of cancer diagnosis and treatment. With strategies grounded in research and clinical experience, it provides clear, compassionate guidance for managing stress, uncertainty, and day-to-day challenges.

Complementing this, Beyond Cancer Fatigue: A Path to Reclaiming Energy focuses on one of the most persistent and overlooked aspects of recovery: fatigue. It provides a structured path to help restore energy, improve daily functioning, and regain a sense of vitality after treatment.

Together, these books deliver a comprehensive approach—helping readers navigate the complexities of cancer in the present while also providing the tools to move forward with greater strength and resilience.
