Associate Professor Ts. (Technologist) Dr. Hasyiya Karimah Adli is the founding dean of the Faculty of Data Science and Computing at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Malaysia. She has strong experience in academic leadership, program development, and quality assurance, including Outcome-Based Education (OBE) implementation and national accreditation processes. Her research focuses on artificial intelligence, data-driven innovation, cheminformatics, and renewable energy, with growing emphasis on intelligent technologies for smart and sustainable agriculture. Her work has received multiple national and international innovation awards. She regularly contributes as a reviewer, academic advisor, and expert panel member and is internationally active as an invited speaker on AI, sustainability, STEM education, and technology-enabled agricultural systems.

Assistant Professor Dr. Sureena Matayong is a faculty member in the Innovation & Digital Transformation Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Prince of Songkla University, Thailand. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and a Master of Information Technology from the University of Malaya. Dr. Matayong possesses a unique blend of academic leadership and international industry experience, having served as a Senior Executive for the Asia Pacific region at SCICOM (MSC) Berhad. Her research is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, IoT, blockchain, and data analytics, with a pioneering emphasis on digital healthcare and assistive technologies. A prolific scholar, she has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals such as Expert Systems with Applications and Universal Access in the Information Society. Her work effectively bridges technical innovation with social impact, ranging from banknote recognition for the visually impaired to IoT-based healthcare systems for the elderly.
