This book explores the ways in which artificial intelligence and digital technologies are reshaping organizations, industries, and societies. Featuring selected papers presented at the 3rd Edition of the Digital Transformation Society (DTS) International Conference (DTS 2025) held in Paris, France, this book brings together leading scholars and practitioners to explore the next wave of digital transformation across healthcare, smart cities, organizational collaboration, social entrepreneurship, and knowledge management. Rather than view AI only as a tool, this book explores a symbiotic partnership where human creativity and judgement combine with machine precision and scalability to achieve superior outcomes. It also recognizes the competitive dynamics between humans and machines, posing critical questions about the future of work, ethics, and trust in this developing landscape.
Drawing from diverse methodologies including case studies, bibliometric analyses, and systematic reviews, this book offers research and actionable insights for scholars, researchers, students, practitioners, and policy makers interested in AI, digital transformation, innovation and machine learning.
