K. Jayasankara Reddy (MBA, PhD), is Dean and Professor of Psychology at the School of Social Sciences, Christ University, Bangalore, India. Dr. Reddy recently published several key reference textbooks, including Theory and Practice of Positive Neuropsychology, Essentials of Neuropsychology: Integrating Eastern and Western Perspectives, and Multidisciplinary Perspectives in Social Cognition: Recent Advances and Future Questions (Taylor & Francis). His interest is in merging positive psychology with neuropsychology, and in bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications in positive neuropsychology and social cognition. His recent publications are essential resources that reflect his comprehensive approach to psychology, integrating multidisciplinary and cross-cultural perspectives.

 

Fr. Viju P. Devassy (PhD, CMI), graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and obtained his MPhil and PhD degrees from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu. He has contributed to the development of Christ University in various capacities since 2006 as the Director of Admissions, Students Affairs, and Centre for Counselling and Health Services. He was the founding Director and Dean of Christ University, Delhi NCR campus. He is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and serves as the Pro-Vice Chancellor and the Director of Student Services of the university. He was a United Board Fellow at International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan in 2009 and at Gonzaga University, Washington, USA, in 2010. His research interests are positive psychology, higher education leadership and management, adolescent development, psycho-social competence, psycho-spiritual interventions and leadership skills.
