Andrew Kweku Conduah is a Ghanaian scholar and lecturer specialising in business policy, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, and public policy in emerging markets. He is affiliated with the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). With more than two decades of experience across the public sector, banking, and entrepreneurship, his work integrates both practical and academic perspectives. His research focuses on ethical leadership, governance, and sustainable development in Africa, employing interdisciplinary and context-specific approaches.
