Rania Labaki is Associate Professor of Finance and Chair of Family Business at EDHEC Business School. She is Family Business Fellow at Cornell University and The Family Firm Institute and serves on international boards and committees in relation with family business. Her research, advising and teaching interests focus on the interplay of family dynamics and strategic decision-making, succession planning, governance design and responsible owners.
